Onboarded and working within the week

Once you are happy to proceed, I send the NDA and service agreement for signature. After that, onboarding is handled quickly and your first tasks are underway within the week. Most clients are operational within three to five working days.

How is sensitive client data handled?

All client work is carried out in line with UK GDPR. Personal and sensitive data is stored in access-controlled, password-protected systems with two-factor authentication enabled. I do not store client data beyond what is needed for the task, and nothing is shared with third parties without explicit agreement. A Data Processing Agreement is available for any client who requires one.

Yes: and not just on request. A Non-Disclosure Agreement is signed before any work begins, as standard. Confidentiality is built into how I work, not added afterwards.

My professional background includes frontline social care, safeguarding case management, and coordinating Subject Access Requests. I have worked within the documentation standards and regulatory expectations that healthcare and care environments operate under. You will not need to spend time bringing me up to speed on the sensitivity of your work.

The discovery call is the best way to work that out. Most clients who need daily inbox and calendar coverage start on the Foundation or Momentum tier. Those with compliance-heavy workloads or multi-area operational needs tend to move towards Expansion. Founders who need an embedded ops function typically suit the Command tier. Yes. While healthcare, social care, and compliance-heavy environments are a specialism, I also support founders, startup leaders, and small business owners who need reliable, high-quality operational support. If you are not sure whether your business is a good fit, the discovery call will tell us both.

Additional hours are available at the ad hoc rate of £30 to £40 per hour, depending on the task. If you consistently need more hours than your current tier provides, I will flag it and we can discuss moving to the next package before it becomes a problem.

Retainer packages are billed monthly. There is no long-term lock-in: though a short notice period applies, which is outlined in the service agreement. One-off project services such as the GDPR Audit, Inbox Reset, Dubsado build, or Notion workspace are quoted and billed as standalone projects.
